Lord of the Rings Aragorn's Quest wii game

I'd like to ask you if the Dolphin emulator for android is far or close to run smoothly the Lord of the Rings Aragorn's Quest Wii game. It's kind of a game that I'd love to be able to play on my android Samsung Galaxy Note 10+; yet, the Dolphin Emulator for android runs it until the video-prologue ends. 

Is the Dolphin Emulator (android version) capable of running it?
