Looking for voice over patches tutorial

So I am planning to do a DUB for Budokai Tenkaichi 3 to my own language with the OG actors, is there a tutorial anywhere where to how to modify the voice files of the .ISO? Or can it work as a "voice pack" from the Dolphin folders?
