I heard that it's legal to download a rom for a NES game, if you own the cartridge of that game.
Since there is no way to backup NES cartridges.

^I don't think that changes anything, besides there is a way to dump them, obviously, even if the equipment isn't easily available.

Anyway, that wouldn't justify what this guy is doing, he is violating the license of the software he is selling, promoting piracy is the smaller "crime". (To my notice he doesn't mention it directly, while he is targeting really dumb people, I guess everyone understands that possibility by themselves)

But the latest homebrew channel does have a scam warning, and it's required for wii menu 4.2, so I don't get how he'll avoid the obvious complaints (I read most of it and don't think he claimed to have made any of it, so maybe that's his defence. Or did he actually do some hacking and removed the scam warning? *curious*)

Anyway what I hate most with this guy is how he copypaste the wii game cheats he could find into an ebook, make an image of it as a real book, and says "value $29.95"

Just sent ClickBank a message about DMCA Violation, I would advise people here to do the same :
http://www.clickbank.com/reportproblem.html

But yeah, I laughed when the low-FPS No More Heroes Dolphin gameplay footage popped in.

I also wrote an insult to the Myhomebreware's support e-mail, although I doubt it will do anything.

Is clickbank the sites host or just an advertiser? The Dolphin Team and homebrew developers should send a DMCA takedown notice and report a GPL violation to the webhost and domain registrar for the site if they haven't already. I don't get the notion that this site is hosted in murky pirate waters that don't respect copyrights and licenses, so it may be simple enough to get taken down. That isn't to say that the site won't pop up elsewhere, but since the guy is basically running a scam, he can be fined or slapped with jail time.

^IDK what to say about that site... they have this disclaimar saying "respect copryright plz", while also thanking the people they ripped of, pretending to be their good friends... then comes that last incomplete sentence conflicting with what they said before
