Hello friends

I hope you're all doing fine and that your lives prospers with happiness.

It's been a couple of months since my last visit and a lot have happened since.

I have recently graduated from my damp technician (moisture technician) education but have very little interest working as one due to the practice weeks we have had which have been stressful.
The job as a damping technician is a lot more stressful then my previous job as an IT-consultant and system developer which made me washed-up twice and I'm not planning going that road again.

I have a job as a store clerk going on at the local gas station and it's looking pretty good, they said with all my previous experience with customers and service they'd be more then willing to hire me and that's the kind of spark I need right now.

As for games and emulators.......well I'm not really into that anymore. I'm only playing Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12 & 14 these days on the PS3 occasionally because I have started to play golf for real instead.

After all these years I have finally found my true passion and calling.

I have joined and become a full fledged member at a country club (golf club) not far from where I live and I'm spending at least 6 hours there a day. I'm not aspiring to be the next Tiger Woods or anything but I want to be as good as I possibly can get.

Rickie Fowler is my number 1 inspiration source and his style is something I have copied. I look something like this on the course:

I want to stand out, and my Puma bag is orange too. As for club brand it's Cobra all the way. Puma owns Cobra so it was a logical choice.
Haven't really learned to use the driver yet but I'm getting there. My results improves and that's the most important thing.

I'm a golf nut now, the first thing I think about when I wake up is golf and the last thing I think about when I'm about to sleep is golf. Heck I got the itch to get out on the course right now but it has to wait until tomorrow morning.

If you don't hear from me much here anymore this summer it means I'm out playing golf.

Just thought I'd stop by and say hello and give you an update from a long lost friend of the forums.

Good luck to you all and I'll see you later!

Nice to see you here. So it isn't Gabriel Belmont/Duke Nukem but Tiger Woods now? Big Grin

Welcome back. It was only a question of when :3

Never got too much into golf (though I love tennis and tae kwon do) but I did play Mario Golf for the GBC. I might not be good at golf, but it was worthwhile to learn how the sport operated.

Do you think you from a year ago would predict you from now would be anything like you from now?

Also, given that you're now trained to be Luke Skywalker's uncle, Y U No a jedi uncle?

Oh gods damm- oh HEY! So glad you're back! I don't have the words to express how glad I am that you'll be playing golf all summer long! I hope you're able to play for a long long time!

Hey buddy when you put it that way I think I will play for a long long long long time. BTW sarcasm and point taken.

Anyway I don't know what any of you can expect from me here as I'm neither interested in computers, emulators or games anymore with the exception for golf games that is.

To tell you the truth it feels awkward to even be here because clearly we don't share the same interests any longer and I don't want to be in your way. But I guess I'm a member for life here or till day Internet kicks down and gets wiped out whichever happens first so the least I can do is to pay my respects and say hello once in a while.

Things can never be the same I'm afraid.
