Logitech G27 Wheel Support

I did some searching and it looks like wheel support has been broken since 4.0-4536. That seems about right as anything past that while it registers the wheel key presses in controllers -> Configure it doesn’t register it in game at all. Wondering if this is on the list to get fixed or if I should give up and go back to the older versions. Thanks!
