Logitech G27 steering axis not recognizable

Hello, today I tried playing three games on Dolphin with my Logitech G27 Steering Wheel:

-NASCAR Dirt to Daytona
-NASCAR Thunder 2003
-NASCAR 2005: Chase for the Cup

I know that all of these games are supported. However, I can only seem to get my pedals to work, my wheel will not show up and the mapping timer times out whenever I try to turn the wheel to configure it. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance. I use 4.0-4536, as when I looked up the issue it said that his G27 was working in 4.0-4536. I have also tried the stable 5.0. Both were unsuccessful.

Yes, I tried the LATEST dev build (5.0-8453) and the problem still occurs. I have it set to port 1, pad 1.

Do not bump threads this quickly.

Controller issues are unfortunately extremely common in Dolphin yet very few people get them solved. They're often a mess of driver side issues with your host OS that we can't really help with.
