Mm....First.
Have you readed the "Getting started whit Dolphin" thread? When you have all the necessary. Open Dolphin ,go to config, Paths and select the paths where you have stored your ISOs
You could post your specs, the game you want to run.
OS: Microsoft Windows XP Professional x86
Processor type: Intel Atom, 1600 MHz (4 x 400)
Memory System: 1011 MB (DDR2 SDRAM)
Graphics Card: Mobile Intel® 945 Express Chipset Family (224 MB)

Strange.....because if your games are ISOs or "an extension of gc called gcm) your games should be listed.
Or you mean when you load the game nothing happen?
