Wasn't there some way to load an extracted filesystem in Dolphin? I have my own little custom mod that replaces a lot of files, and Wiiscrubber can't do folder-scale replacement, so I'm stuck using just files because there's no convenient way to rebuild a Wii ISO, unlike with GC ISOs where we have a nice tool for it. Anyway, was this removed or broken or something?
Load Filesystem?

This isn't removed or broken, but there have been major changes to how it works. The extracted files have to be set up in a specific format - you can use the latest development build of Dolphin to extract a disc in that format. (Make sure to use the very latest version, because we fixed a bug with the extraction in 5.0-5312). Then, all you have to do to run the extracted disc is to tell Dolphin to start the DOL file that's in it.

Yeah, I wasn't using the latest version, I was using the buildbot's build of the HybridXFB PR, so that makes sense. I'll give it a go, thanks for the information.

Keep in mind that the only part that was broken recently was the extraction and not the loading, so if you extract using the newest development version, you should then be able to load the extracted game using the hybrid XFB PR build if you want to.

I did find that, but I wasn't sure how to make it rebuild an ISO with multiple partitions.
