little question about wii remote sync

Hey guys I was just wondering if the windows have to install drivers everytime I'm gonna use my wii remote in order to get it sync? Isn't there any way I can just make the remote discorable and get it connected without the need of re-installing drivers? Or is this just happening to me?

I use Toshiba Bluetooth Stack , it take 3 secs to connect wiimote
