You can but do not expect to performance as good

Interesting, with OC set to 0.25 the in-game FPS in Timesplitters 2 is limited to 30fps on the Shield Tablet. That said, it is a solid 30fps and thus completely playable, which is awesome. I tried increasing IR to 2x along with 8x AF and 4x AA and FPS dropped to ~26-30fps and it remains playable. I will tinker some more to find the optimal settings to maintain a near constant 30fps, but I thought I would share as I was really surprised that I could increase IR at all without a severe performance penalty, much less using any AF/AA.

Shield Tablet can easy run games with 1,5/2 IR, actually my games run with 1,5 IR with Scaled EFB Copy without any performance impact.(Paper Mario, SSBM, Burnout 2, Zelda : Wind Waker, Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3, Fire Emblem)

Installed DBTB 3 and it gets stuck on the loading screen and won't proceed past this point, any ideas?

Try interpreter with/without Software Render, if that's not work it's a issue of the Emulator. : /
