weird, cpu load on a dual core should usually go close to 100%. in my case, it goes about 85-100%
go to task manager, right click on dolphin process, in process tab, click set affinity, there you can see wether it's using all cores or not.

I checked that and it looks like this:
<Al Processor> -MARKED
CPU0 -MARKED
CPU1 -MARKED
CPU2 -MARKED
CPU3 -MARKED
even on other tasks it wont go over 50%-55%
Well guess what i set in affinity to use just CPU1 and CPU2 and now mario smash football is full speed yay! but mario kart double dash is now at 33% strange right.

i know it does and my processor HAS only 2 cores (2 cores, 4 threads) but game works kinda strange sometimes emu says 30 fps but its full speed and somehow jerky skiping frames and then it jumps back at 50 fps and works correct.

you can add samurai shodown anthology Big Grin, if smash footbal is only 45 fps and samurai shodown works allways 50 fps then you can add it without worries.
