Dolphin doesn't need to detect the bar, but the Wiimote does. Is your problem:
a) You can't connect the Wiimote to dolphin b) The Wiimote doesn't respond to the sensor bar even though the rest works. c) Your doing it wrong (for example trying to connect the IR sensor bar to the Bluetooth, which I doubt, as you are calling it an IR bar, not a sensor bar) If it is a then there are a variety of potential problems, if it's b try looking at the bar through a digital camera, as if you can't see the IR leds, then it's broken or off, and if it is c then read some instructions. After looking at your other posts it seems you are b. If you know the bar works, then I don't know how to fix it for you.

d) take a digital cam and make a picute of your sensorbar... do you see blue lights?
e) go at minimum 1m away from your sensorbar
EDIT by neobrain: that pic was kinda annoying..

Hello, yes I have a sensor bar.
My sensor bar works well on DarwiinRemote and my Wii TV.. But when I start a game on the dolphin, the wiimote works, I can press the buttons of the wiimote but there is no pointer on the screen...! I don't know why! Here is a screen that my wiimote is well detected: And my wiimote: I am desperate, it there's only me who have this problem apparently Thanks for any help.. 03-28-2012, 04:24 AM

Also, the light in the sensor bar should be split into one light at each end (made up of 2-5 LEDs), and there shoul. Is there anything coming out of the normal places (see diagram in attachment)?

Is there anything coming out of the normal places (see diagram in attachment)? it could be that the angle is just bad... cheap ir-led mostly only emit in 30°...
