I'm not sure if the black list is causing issues or not but I dont see how. Installing the xboxdrv out of the box works with 14 just fine. This " XInput2//Virtual Core Pointer " implies it found an xinput device but things its a pointer. You may want to give this a reading, lot of good info on there
