The atom CPUs are likely going to be the limiting factor here - they're low powered mobile-class chips, and perform accordingly.
And there's no reason to use wine at all - a native application will nearly always work more effiicently. I believe the GPUs in the broxton platform are gen9, so should be pretty well supported by mesa, and even have decent vulkan support, which may help with the underpowered CPU. But don't expect to have headroom for much higher resolutions or MSAA or similar, and even then some games will likely have poor performance due to the cpu. 08-13-2018, 09:46 AM
I don't know what an atom cpu is, and i was only wondering due to direct 3d 11 being a video render option. Thanks i'll stick to native on this one.
