Linux - No Right Click Menu For Openbox Appearing

I may of found a bug here with Dolphin, unless someone knows something about this?

When I run dolphin, and then I try to right click my desktop, which is suppose to bring up the Openbox menu nothing happens.

Right clicking in dolphin brings up a menu, right clicks in my file manager works, it's only the Openbox menu not appearing, and I'm not sure what is causing this, other than a possible bug here?

If you minimize or close Dolphin, does this issue go away?
Is this just when sitting at the Dolphin menu, or also when playing a game?
What else do you have running in the background?
Are you using the Dolphin WxWidgts interface or the Qt interface?

Minimizing doesn't do anything, of course the issue goes away if I close Dolphin, Dolphin is the issue here...

Siitting looking at Dolphin, in a menu, or option, playing a game, etc., this issue is always there.

I'm using the default WXWidget.

Do you have dolphin rendering to the main window, or does it open a new window for the games?
Can you try compiling the QT interface and see if that causes the same issue?
