[Linux] GFX FIFO unknown opcode error when playing Wind Waker randomizer with Vulkan

Been getting an unknown opcode error for a while when playing Wind Waker randomizer (this one here) when using a texture pack (Hypatia's). Eventually Dolphin cooperates. Currently on build 11382 and I've included as much relevant info as possible including the 3 panic handler popups. I've disabled dual core, tried enabling synchronize GPU thread. I don't get the error in OpenGL. No other game of mine seems affected

* The emulated GPU got desynced, disabling dual core can help
