I more or less successfully built the current release on a 2011 17" MacBook Pro that is running Debian 12 Wayland. Games would run, sound was good, video was resizable etc. but I was having some issues with controllers. I was getting a message on startup that the qt6 plugins for waylaid could not be found. So I installed qt6 for Wayland and rebuilt. Now I am getting an error button on startup "Could not initialize video backend/Ignore for this session/Yes/No". The built in Radeon graphics on this machine is burnt but it is all commented out/purged/disappeared and everything is using the alternate built-in intel graphics i915.
Should I remove qt6 and build again, or is there some known issue that can be addressed?
