libavcodec53 not available in 14.04 ubuntu

unable to install dolphin due to having newer versions of these dependencies (aka libavcodec54 libavcodec54-extra). if anyone could make a deb package that can use these dependencies instead that would be great

I've made builds available for 14.04 and later.

i was able to install dolphin emulator on ubuntu 14.04. the dependencies issue is resolved using 4.0 r3644. much appreciated
