No exaggeration there, i hope.
The graphics would have upscaled a little though on that 1920 x 1200 setup. So the witnessed "hell" wouldn't be as intense.
Though i still recommend putting a bag over your head and killing yourself

i can see details so damn fine i can tell GTA4 on Xbox360 does NOT run 20-30fps at alot of times
