I'm having difficulties getting the graphics settings right for the GameCube game The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker. I have the PAL version of it. The game runs at a good framerate (no lag or anything) and audio sounds perfect, it's just the graphics are messed up.

Some of the graphical layers from the background are seen on top of other layers, where it shouldn't.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I'm using the Dolphin Direct3D9 graphics plugin. The OpenGL pluggin crashes the emulator if I try to run a game with that selected. When I use the Dolphin Software Renderer, I get a yellow screen and then Windows tells me the program has stopped responding. I'm running Dolphin 2.0 btw.
