Ok firstly you want to be running at 30fps because that is what the game was built to. Any faster is TOO fast - believe me there are some areas where it hits 40+fps and you need to throttle it.

Then basically the latest revs are always the fastest. If you have a 64 bit pc, use the 64-bit version, it is slightly faster. JITIL on 32 bit is faster than non-IL. There are some areas where it gets very slow like in Hyrule field - turning off EFB copy (by pressing E) helps to gain a bit of speed.
