Well, first I want to thank the people who helped me with my Harry Potter issues - thanks a ton! 
Now I am having some problems with Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. The game itself is spectacular, beautiful graphics, fun gameplay. etc. However the FPS, VPS, and Speed drop dramatically as soon as I get to the main menu of the game. It starts out with FPS and VPS at 60 with a Speed of 100% but as soon as one gets to the main menu, the FPS and VPS drop by roughly half. I've tried everything to keep things at a speedy rate to make gameplay smooth but I have been running into dead ends on that regard.

Intel HD 3000 Graphics 384mb
2.3 Ghz Intel i5 processor
4GB RAM 1333 MHz DDR3
