Left joystick - problem with Y axis when opening Dolphin

I don't know if this is a problem with Dolphin 5.0-5344 or my controller drivers (Dualshock 4 on DS4Windows 1.4.91), but I've encountered this minor issue two times now, yesterday while opening Dolphin to play Xenoblade Chronicles and today opening it to play Paper Mario 64 VC (both games played with the Classic controller emulated).

Instead of going down when moving the left stick down it goes up, all the other directions and the right stick still work fine. While the bug was happening I checked the controller settings and there the directions where functioning fine.

When I've restarted Dolphin the bug was gone.

Does it happen in older versions of dolphin?

I don't know, and testing it would take quite a while because as I said this happens very rarely, in maybe 1 out of 100 start ups. Never had issues like that outside of Dolphin either.

EDIT: Is there anything I can do if this shows up again, like posting a log or something?
