Latest x32 build?

Is the latest build in the

37XX?

i cant seem to find anything past 3682

I'm currently running 3731 but it's x64...I'm sure I seen a x86 build though.

What differences are you gonna see between the IL and the regular dolphin?

The IL version can sometimes run certain games faster but is less stable than the normal version.
That's all I know of it.
Anyone who knows better, please feel free to correct me on that.
