It seems nvidia is stealing rodolfo's work
Dolphin 3.0 with Nvidia 306.23 whql drivers :

And here same spot with new 310.33 beta drivers :

It really seems nvidia and rodolfo were working on something similiar since there is no speedup in any dolphin revision past 3.0-784,there is only speedup on revisions before that one.
Here is 3.0-787 with latest beta drivers:

Of course, every single setting in dolphin and in nvidia control panel is the same.
Anybody can test and confirm this ? I only tested dx9 so far,but it seems same speedup is present in dx11 too.
Unfortunatelly,it seems there is no speedup in OpenGl
