Since I upgraded from dolphin normal 5.0 to newer versions I realized that the shader compilation that I had done in 5.0 was discarded, and that there are many more stutering shaders than in the normal 5.0. I'm using the traditional build shader method because others leave the games lagged. but what is the shader compilation method that is more similar to 5.0? or other alternative?

The compiled shaders get discarded when you switch from 5.0 to the latest development version, yes. But they also get discarded when you switch from the latest development version to 5.0. They'll get built up again as you play the game.

The shader compilation option that is the closest to 5.0 is "Synchronous" (without ubershaders). But I would recommend "Asynchronous (Ubershaders)" for minimal stuttering. Avoid "Synchronous (Ubershaders)", it's very slow.
