Forum attachments are limited to certain file types, e.g. images files (.jpg, .png), text files, etc. It's easily fooled though; you can just rename your RAR file with a .txt extension, and it will upload, but there are plenty of 3rd party sites for sharing files (MediaFile, DropBox, Google Drive).

Also, savestates can be problematic since the person receiving it must have the same Dolphin revision that you created the savestate with in order to use it. They aren't compatible between Dolphin revisions. A more compatible method is to use the Wii save data from your Dolphin's Wii folder.

If what rpglord is saying, my 560ti is bottle necking my CPU...you'd think that it'd be enough to run Dolphin.

I don't think so unless the GPU has some serious problems with drivers or sth
Nvidia GTX 550Ti is fast enough for most games with 4xIR , no AA , 16xAF except demanding games
I think 550Ti can handle 2xIR on SMG , your GTX 560TI is faster than 550Ti...

Vbeam always does that .
Even if you not run the game full speed , Vbeam will make the speed faster than the real FPS
Edit : Oh no , i was wrong Sorry . Enable Vbeam + Disable Idle Skipping do that . Enable Vbeam alone does not make the speed faster than the real FPS
