Ok I turned it up to original settings, getting constant 60 fps (frame limiter is on) vbeam checked, and lle is locked to thread i'm running on DX9.

So does this mean it is a graphics card issue?

Probably not, dx11 is slower in dolphin then dx9 on any card in most games.
Also, there is no reason to use dx11 in dolphin, because unlike some pc games, you are not going to get better graphic quality by using it.

Except for those games that have graphical issues with either DX9 or OpenGL. In cases where only DX9 has graphical issues, DX11 may also be useful to use if it's faster than OpenGL. Though the SMG games don't fall into either of the aforementioned categories, iirc.

I have no idea Smile Where is that boss ? You gonna have to send me your save, if its easy to get to, if not, then make a save with dolphin save state when you are fighting it

Also, I see you are getting 100% speed yet 45 fps, so its not your cpu fault, its gpu thread slowing you down.
Also, sound should be fine, no stuttering, right ?

Yeah, I forgot about that, but these games are rare, AFAIK.

For the first case I mentioned, only a small number of such games exist; you really have to look to find them. So yes, they're particularly rare Wink The second case may be more common since DX9 has graphical issues with a number of games, and some people may find that OpenGL performs the worst on their system, but that depends on various factors (GPU, drivers, OS, etc).

Yeah there is no sound stutter. That was so annoying. Why is that?

Also whats this about GPU thread? Is there a way to fix this?

You probably already increased graphic options..try with 1x at that boss and see if it still will be 45 fps
What I mean is that since VPS is at 100% your cpu is probably not bottlenecking, but your gpu ( graphic card )

Here is the save state right here. I tried lowering my graphics settings it didn't help much. Everywhere else is solid 60 fps without drops though.

Edit: I'm trying to send the save state but it isn't letting me. It is a rar file of the save. "The type of file that you attached is not allowed. Please remove the attachment or choose a different type."
