Looking for the latest download for a S4. Its 32bit unfortunately, but anyone with a link to the last 32bit release would be greatly appreciated.

I got the NVIDIA Shield K1, and even though it's crazy powerful, it only got a 32bit processor. You can look back on the downloads section of the website to find it. I'll repost if I find it or one. That's actually what I came on here for. Just so you can have at least a maybe answer.

Dev builds supporting 32bit stopped in the mid 4000's.  I would grab a build from the early 4000 range.  It won't be pretty, and it won't be fast,  but it will work.

I think I found it. The first update scrolling down, that includes Windows x86. It successfully installed on my device.

32-bit x86 support isn't related to 32-bit ARM support. The 32-bit ARM JIT was removed later than that.

Alright, so. Versions later then 5944 won't run games, but will install dolphin. Going to see at what version the games will still play.

So, what's the point? If your device doesn't meet the minimum requirements to use current development builds it'll have buggy and terrible performance with Dolphin, using older (and unsupported) builds won't improve anything.

Spoiler: (Show Spoiler)
Heck, even some current devices meeting the minimum requirements still have poor performance
Avell A70 MOB: Core i7-11800H, GeForce RTX 3060, 16 GB DDR4-3200, Windows 11 (Insider Preview)
ASRock Z97M OC Formula: Pentium G3258, GeForce GT 440, 16 GB DDR3-1600, Windows 10 (21H2)

Heck, there seems to be only one device which is able to play some light game fullspeed.
