right now i am using 1.5x native so its 960x792 and thank you for referring me to that post.
EDIT: I think i have found the best possible settings for my dolphin 3.5 stable setup. Games like The Last Story and Pandora's Tower are running great even in Lazulis City for TLS. Here are some screenshots:
