I'd be fine if you were making arguments that made sense, but 30TB, come on. The "normal" emulation/gamer/PC user is going to be able to do just about anything a person on a desktop can do with a high-end laptop. That's a fact. If you want to come up with some random off-the-wall stuff that a desktop only can do so much better, I'll agree. Other than that, don't suck me into this thread again. :p

From now on i will never use desktop again due to economic reason

I think you mistyped something in that sentence, or don't know what economic means. Desktops are more economic as they are cheaper. Laptops are less economic as they are more expensive.

I suppose @admin89 was talking about "energy"

I think he may have been, but a low power desktop will draw as little power as a laptop with equivalent parts. Why waste energy if you can build parts that don't?

But that laptop will cost almost like my machine including that 30Tb NAS. It's also fact. Well i don't have anything against high-end laptops, in fact i use them at work almost every day, but for home gaming machine desktop is better. 06-05-2012, 11:15 AM
The most important things with laptops is:
These high end laptops are normally just planted on a desk anyway due to their weight, but are more expensive for the power than an equivalent desktop. I like laptops and desktops, but they are different tools for different purposes. 06-05-2012, 11:44 AM

No, he meant that to buy a gaming laptop, you have to be the kind of person who has enough money to make whimsical and expensive purchases without financial repercussions, but "wut" is much shorter than that, and basically covers the same stuff, so he abbreviated it.
