Yes I read this thread and it did not work.

I have the Japanese version, and whenever I open the game it freezes after the "Hold the Wiimote sideways" screen. The screen turns white, and you can barely see the "Hold Wiimote Sideways" screen.

I don't think its Dolphins fault as I can play other games (Xenoblade, Other M, Twilight Princess and so forth) flawlessly.

I'm also a newbie, so I might not understand things, please bear with me!

A few things to check:
1. Have you set the system to Japanese in Dolphin's settings?
2. What version are you using? Make sure you're using the latest dev version from the download page (At the time of this typing, latest is 4.0-4091).
3. Is the ISO a bad dump? Check the md5, and make sure it matches what other people/websites have.

Oh My God! I did not make Dolphin Japanese!!! Thanks!!!! And I apologize for being reckless and wasting your time....
