Kirby's Epic Yarn runs very well but even though I'm getting full frame rate, it seems to studder in spots. Some builds studder a bit less then others and it seems to favor the OpenGL plugin. Normally I use the DX11 plugin.

Any ideas?

fwiw, the DX11 plugin is prolly much more sensitive to studders, so you're prolly better off using the DX9 plugin...

The "stuttering" with DX11 when scrolling the screen can be fixed with VSync. However, OpenGL is the fastest plugin for Kirby at the moment, it seems. (they all have slowdowns, though)

That's good to know. I'll have to give that a try. fyi, there's a render glitch I see with the DX plugins but not with OpenGL. It's sort of a grey flicking in spots.

? I don't think I have that glitch you're talking about...are your drivers and directX up to date?

well, the slowdowns ARE a problem, let's not say "perfect" unless it's perfect, right? Wink But yeah, there's no glitches (gfx, sound, whatever) as far as I can tell.
BTW: There's already a thread for Kirby in the game discussion forums...I think we should continue talk about the game there Wink
