Everytime I start it and get to the memory card screen my FPS drops to 0 and it just sits there. Any idea why?

The game should work fine. Bad dump maybe... Which revision did you use?
i5 3570K @ 4.5GHz/GTX 660 Ti/RAM 4GB/Win7 x64

I am getting this problem aswell.
