Kirby Air Ride is dark when using Direct3D 11

As the title suggests, when I use Direct3D 11, the game is dark, but when I switch to Open GL it isn't. This wouldn't be a problem except it seems at time I get less frames on Open GL and more lag spikes.

Are you using Windows 7? If so, Direct3D 11 is expected to break in some games. We had to break Windows 7 compatibility for a certain rendering feature when improving the accuracy.
