keylogger in dolphin

KIS picks up a PDM.keylogger threat upon execution of dolphinIL.exe - is this true or false alarm? might it be the game pad that is detected as a keylogger?

i dled dolphin from this site - original package 64bit: Dolphin SVN Build 4460 [NEW] Added: 24/10/2009 14:41 (6.57MB)

i attatched the message i got from KIS about the keylogger, its a message box in bottom right corner.

prolly false alarm, or the person who compiled those bins got some nice viruses on his pc lol xd

Many emulators use a key logger

Yes I know what a key logger is.

Many emulators if not most of them use RawInput API to detect keyboard inputs, RawInput API is used by keyloggers and all emulators using it are also detected as keyloggers.

Yes I know what a key logger is.

I should look up more stuff before saying anything. Lol

Thought a Keylogger was something that basicly stored all your keystrokes somewhere.

A keylogger logs your keys, wait let me explain this: He logs ur pressed key on ur keyboard and sends them to a email or whatever, so if u r typing a password or something like that he send the username and password to the 'hacker'.
