Keyboard problem, this is getting annoying!

Okay, Im sure more people have faced this problem, when I want to write the " or ' sign, my keyboard isnt typing it (like now, I copied the sign from google, because I just simply cant type them.) I tried to connect this keyboard to my other PC, it works just fine, tried on my other OS: Windows XP, it works just fine, only in Windows 7 its giving me this problem, does anyone know how to fix this? because I dont want to reinstall windows AGAIN!

I didnt even change settings for my keyboard layout or something like that...

It would be so much appreciated!!!!! I cant do shit now Sad

Never mind!! I fixed it, yay!

Simply added the United States layout to the keyboard and disable the change automatic option, now it is functioning normally again Big Grin

This is a wrong topic! Why did you ask this question in Dolphin forum? This forum was made for all PC problem question?
