Keyboard not responding

Forgive me if this has already been asked to death, new to the forums, but I've had a problem with every single version of dolphin past 5.0-9865, whenever i refresh the controllers section or start a game up, dolphin stops responding to my keyboard entirely, I can alt-tab out of dolphin, but not controller input, hotkeys or even navigating dolphin's menu reacts to the keyboard, and it happens even on the latest versions, I just tried 5.0-13454, and it has the exact same problem as any version from 9869 onward.

Maybe there was some kind of regression with that dolphin version, can you give more info like your exact keyboard and if you have some sort of special set up?

I can tell the keyboard I'm using, though I don't think it'll help considering it's a brand specifically from my country: a Noga NKB-228, and as for setup, it's just straight up plugged on my PC, works just like that.
