Keyboard No Plugins

Hi I am new. I was unable to find an answer to this on the rest of the forum so I hope someone will help me here. I downloaded Dolphin, and am trying to configure controls for my computer keyboard. According to the numerous tutorials on how to set up and configure controls, there is supposed to be a "plugins" tab in the game but my Dolphin application doesn't have it so I am confused. Where can I download this and how do I add it to the game? Thanks everyone! Thanks!

I think he posted it in the wrong place and instead of asking for it to be moved he created a new thread here, then an admin moved his other thread in here.

Dolphin has not used the plugin system for some time. If you want to control your game wih a keyboard just go to the game controller setup and select keyboard as your input device.
