Keyboard controller issue

[Orion-kun]

On Dolphin when I go to the controller config it shows the button working properly and such.
But once I go into the game(Xenoblade Chronicles) It won't accept any inputted controls

Do you use an emulated wiimote? Gamecube controller doesn't work with all wii games.

I'm just using the keyboard it was working fine yesterday for me but suddenly it stopped.
I think it has something to do with missing files.

Edit:Just tried to do it with my PS3 controller and I have the files necessary to make it work.Still won't work
