Keyboard/controller doesn't work

Title. I've tried both my keyboard and my Xbox 360 controller, they are both detected and fully configured by Dolphin but any inputs I make do not register in game. I've looked over some old posts and it seems past problems have involved controllers not being detected at all, which is not the case here. The Xbox controller works well on Steam.

Dolphin 5.0-14095 (latest beta ver).

Edit: After pressing random buttons on my keyboard I was able to take a screenshot in game. Still couldn't get a response from the game though.

I figured it out. The gamepad's config had keyboard mappings :facepalm:.

I didn't know where to go to ask this.
I connected a ps4 controller to Dolphin as an emulated Wii remote. When I try to play with it, the pointer on the screen freaks out. It's constantly shaking, it's very sensitive, and when I move it less than an inch, it shoots across the screen. Also it's really hard to point the controller at the screen to where the sensors read it. I have no idea what to do, and it's really frustrating.
Could somebody help?
