Keyboard control not working

I don't understand why, but the newest revisions don't let you use the keyboard with the emulator? This is a problem because I don't have a USB controller readily apparent

What game are you trying to play? if its a GC game, make sure port 1 is set to standard controller under config->GC

Okay so that helped more(I can start a game now), but the main issue is stuff like screenshots and closing the emulator is mapped to regular keys I want to press to play the game Confused

EDIT: I found out you have to delete the hotkey mapping if you want to use the keyboard to control the game... slightly counter intuitive? Confused
