Keeps Using Integrated GPU

Dolphin keeps using my Integrated GPU. I have selected in the Graphics Configuration my Nvidia and in the Control Panel. Every other app I want to run my NVidia runs my NVidia. However, Dolphin does not. What is the reason for this? I can't really run Dolphin at all on the Integrated Card. Every now and then it will start out running at 100%, I'm assuming on the NVidia, and then suddenly slow down and max out the integrated graphics card in resource monitor.
