KB/Xbox 360 Pad Plugin doesn't show up?

I wanna play Dolphin with my keyboard, but for some reason when I click the Pad button to open up the configuration, an error message pops up saying Dolphin needs to close every single time. Dodgy

My DirectX is updated and I have the latest VC++

I'm completely lost Sad

And the version I have is 3661

Check if you have it in plugins folder (Plugin_PadSimple.dll)

I have the same error.
I can not run well my keybord + gamepad.
