You're certainly using modified builds if you got the game working. When using official builds (stable or development versions) Just Dance 2014 and onwards will instantly freeze in a black screen when booting because they're looking for an USB microphone and not finding it they crash (refer to issue 6701). So, you're either using Ishiiruka builds or a vanilla Dolphin build merged with experimental wiispeak code. I have a compiled binary of vanilla 4.0-8325 + wiispeak for Windows which you can download here and the source of this build is available here if you want to compile for other platform.
