Like an idiot, I tried to play skyward sword on dolphin on my old computer thinking, oh, it's just a wii game, my integrated GPU can handle it, NOPE.
So I built a new PC. I will be using it for PC gaming, but I want to know how it will perform in Dolphin, I want to do AA and really high resolutions in demanding games like Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword and Wind Waker.
CPU: AMD FX-8350 (8-core 4.0ghz stock)
RAM: Vengeance 8gb 1600mhz stock
PSU: 600w corsair 80+
GPU: GTX 660 2gb factory overclocked
Solid State Drive: 64gb
Mobo: Asus M5A99X EVO R2 AM3+
Doesn't really matter, but I got the CM Storm Scout Case, it looks cool
Will I be able to run everything maxed out? I haven't received the parts yet, they are on their way here.
To anyone who wants to know the specific answer to my question (when I get my parts), I'll post the results when I get them and test them out.
Also I'm short on the money, I'm wondering if I will have to buy the Hyper 212 EVO heatsink or stick with stock, will CPU overclocking be needed to achieve the results I want?
Thanks to anyone who takes time to answer my question
I also am interested to hear what you guys are running in your PC, and how well you are able to run with your specs.
