I haven't been here in a long time but I finally built a nice desktop. The specs are:

CPU: Ryzen 5 1500X
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
OS: Windows 10

I don't think you really need to know the other components. Anyway, will this be good enough to run most, if not all, games at 3x native? I haven't kept up with Dolphin but now that I finally have a decent machine I'm curious if I can run Dolphin well now.
PC Specs
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1500X 3.5GHz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB
RAM: 8GB 2400MHz DDR4
OS: Windows 10 64-Bit

Should be more than enough given that nice GPU and that Ryzen is better than its predecessors.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.
