Just a little black screen Issue

Well I just installed dolphin 2.0 and whenever I launch a game in Window mode or Full screen mode, it works fine, If I try to switch it while playing it will simply show up a black screen but audio and gameplay will still go on.
Switching back does not fix it.

Oh and I did not have this issue with previous revisions, in case it might help. Any idea on how to handle this problem?

It could be a simple option I had to check or something, it's getting annoying =)

I did not find much searching around "Black Screen", tried google too ;(

The fullscreen option was moved out of the graphics plugins, and put into general config.
