joystick not work when window is not active/lost focus

Hello

I want to run Dolphin in my Tv as a second screen so my kids play on it, but emulator does not comunicate with joystick when the game windows in not active, i mean by that when i work in my computer the game lost focus in my Tv and then controller not working.

i tryed to make game "always on top" as in parameters, even full screen nothing changing, any idea ?
