Joycons Joysticks not recognized

Using latest dev build, switch joycons connected via BT, all buttons and sticks work fine in menu then just sticks not working in all the games I tried. Emulated GC controller in settings and each game's settings, same issue.

Already reinstalled the app, same issue. Help please.

I'm experiencing somewhat the same issues on my switch, running LineageOS through RCM. Ive got version 5.0-10725 of dolphin on it, and my joycons pair correctly and are recognized by Lineage. The menus in Dolphin respond to the left joycon stick being used, i can navigate them just fine. The input settings pick them up as well. But in game, there is no response to the left joycons inputs, only when i click down on the stick, which dolphin recognizes as a hard right input on that joycon stick. This pretty much makes every game unplayable without using the on screen gui, which can be unwieldy and inconvenient on a switch screen. Would really like any suggestions as to what i could do to fix this
